A document relevancy pipeline feeding ESG controversy research. Extended its classification to new document categories and added semantic clustering across articles covering the same controversy, so an analyst opens one case instead of forty near-duplicates.
A model of Counter-Strike 2 itself. A Rust engine turns pro match demos into an event-sourced graph of everything that happens, and a 24M-parameter graph transformer learns to predict what happens next: which event, which players it involves, where they move and look. Built to ask what each player knew, and what could have happened instead.
A feed of posts from the people physically around you, where every thread fades fifteen minutes after it goes quiet. Your position becomes an H3 hexagon before it leaves the phone, and everyone in the same hexagon shares one cached feed, so a stadium costs about as much as one person.
A runtime for LLM agents that builds its plan while it runs. Work starts the moment its inputs exist rather than after a planner has finished thinking, and a failure repairs the part that depended on it instead of throwing the whole plan away.
